As Social Media Engagement Coordinator at TOMS, I worked with the social media team to manage their first month-long, annual One Day Without Shoes campaign, which raises awareness for children's health and education. For every barefoot Instagram tagged #withoutshoes, TOMS donated one pair of shoes to a child in need. I pitched and executed outreach techniques, maximized the number of participants and overall reach through proactive and reactive engagement across social channels, and, in turn, helped increase the total amount of shoes donated to over 250,000.
